Products purchased from any MOBECO online store can be returned by the customer with proof of purchase;

• All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
• You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return;
• Refunds and exchanges will not include the cost of shipping;
• We receive the goods within 90 days of the purchase date;
• Cost of return shipping is at the customers expense;
• Shipping costs are refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the return shipping costs.

ARE MOBECO PRODUCTS GOOD FOR PAIN?
yes. our self massage tools are perfect for typical pain spots like your lower back, knees, shoulders, neck and everything in between. our yoga range is designed to facilitate yoga and movement practices. regularly participating in exercise, yoga, pilates, stretching and self massage are great ways to reduce pain and discomfort in your muscles and joint.

CAN I USE MOBECO IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
short answer, yes. acute or recent injuries should be rested initially however mobilising the muscles around the injury (but not on it) can aid in faster recovery. it is best to seek advice from your physio, osteo or therapist before using the tools to treat the injury itself.

IS MOBECO GOOD FOR RECOVERY?
yes. gentle massage can increase blood flow and circulation helping you to get water, nutrients and fresh blood cells to damaged areas so you can recover faster, relax and sleep like a baby!

IS THE CORK YOGA OR PILATES MAT SLIPPERY?
no. cork is the most grippy surface we have discovered to date. cork is soft to the touch and become even more grippy with sweat, unlike swede or smooth rubber types.

HOW DO I CLEAN MOBECO PRODUCTS?
you can use a alcohol based disinfectant for day-to-day sanitising. you can use gentle soapy water and soft brush to remove any built up grime.

ARE MOBECO PRODUCTS ALL NATURAL?
yes! all mobeco products are made from natural materials. cork is a 100% natural, renewable, reusable and recyclable raw material. cork is extracted without harming the normal development of the species and without damaging the tree. our cork mats are made with a 100% natural rubber base. rubber comes from the rubber tree plant and is also extracted without harming the tree. we use 100% natural hemp for our hemp yoga strap. our bolsters are made with linen and cotton covers and are filled with 100% australian buckwheat hull.
