Products purchased from any MOBECO online store can be returned by the customer with proof of purchase;

• All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
• You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return;
• Refunds and exchanges will not include the cost of shipping;
• We receive the goods within 90 days of the purchase date;
• Cost of return shipping is at the customers expense;
• Shipping costs are refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the return shipping costs.

Washable & Replaceable Covers — Our GOTS certified organic cotton covers are fully removable and machine washable, extending the life of your bolster indefinitely. When you want a fresh look, simply swap the cover — not the whole bolster.

Buckwheat Hull Over Kapok — We chose Australian buckwheat hull over imported kapok for good reason. Kapok is heavy, imported from overseas, and compresses permanently over time. Buckwheat hull is a local agricultural byproduct, lightweight, resilient, and bounces back — less fuel, less emissions, better performance.

Limited Production Runs — We deliberately produce in small, limited runs to avoid overproduction and waste. We only make what we believe we can sell, based on real customer demand. This means less excess, less waste, and more intentional production.

Minimal Plastic Packaging — We ship in cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape. Where protective packaging is unavoidable for smaller items, we salvage recycled plastic bags from going to landfill and give them a second life. Nothing new, nothing unnecessary.

Biodegradable Materials — Our organic cotton covers and buckwheat hull filling are both natural and biodegradable. When your MOBECO products eventually reach the end of their life, they return to the earth rather than sitting in landfill for centuries like synthetic alternatives.

Hessian Delivered Buckwheat — Our Queensland buckwheat hull arrives to us in hessian bags — completely plastic free from source to our workshop.
